    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be further amended by inserting the following new definitions in their proper alphabetical sequence- “retired Member of Parliament” means a person who, having held the office of Member of Parliament, has ceased to hold office as such in the manner specified in the Constitution and does not include a person who served as Member of Parliament before the commencement of this Act.” “retired Minister” means a person who, having held the office of Minister, has ceased to hold office as such in the manner specified in the Constitution and does not include a person who served as Minister before the commencement of this Act;"
