    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended by- (a) renumbering the existing provision as subclause (1); (b) deleting the expression “15th January, 2008” in the renumbered subclause (1) and substituting therefor the expression “27th August, 2010”; (c) inserting the following new subclause immediately after the renumbered sublause (1)- “(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a person who served as a Vice-President or Speaker of the National Assembly as of 27th December, 2007 shall be entitled to the benefits conferred by section 5(2) of this Act.”"
