    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be further amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after the new subclause (2)- “(3) A retired Minister shall, on the commencement of this Act, be entitled to benefits conferred by the Second Schedule to this Act. (4) A retired Member of Parliament shall, on the commencement of this Act, be entitled to benefits conferred by paragraphs (b), (c) and (d) of the Second Schedule to this Act.”"
