    "content": "Parliament. 13A. A retired member of Parliament shall be entitled to a gratuity at the rate of thirty one per cent per annum of the taxable remuneration paid to the member during the period of service of such member in respect of the salary and motor vehicle fixed cost allowance. Provided that in respect of the Tenth Parliament, gratuity shall be paid- (a) at the rate of thirty-one per centum of the salary specified in the second column of the First Schedule for every year in service, in respect of the period up to 26th August, 2010; and, (b) at the rate specified in this item for the period commencing 27th August, 2010 and thereafter."
