    "content": "Here is a panel that says that this person was investigated, There is an allegation and the matter is in court. You cannot be in court and, at the same time, be serving in the Government. As a matter of fact, he was interdicted. The case went on. There were no grounds and a nolle prosequi was entered and he was acquitted. So, this is not right. I think this panel must go back and every member in the list here must be given a good chance to be able to have an opportunity to compete and seek this position. This needs to be revisited. The Chairman’s position in the whole list--- He should get the chairman’s position, and not any other position."
