    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to join my colleagues in paying tribute to the panel or the Committee that prepared these Standing Orders. As I say so, I want to appreciate the time put in by all the Members and, especially by the leadership of the Committee. I have heard a lot of tribute being paid to you, but I thought that we were waiting for the Motion for Adjournment to do that. I hope that we will get there soon. Let me say that the challenge in making Standing Orders for the Senate which we have not sat in or seen was great. It will, probably, call for a bit of correction in the period when the Senate starts functioning. Be that as it may, I believe that this House has done its best in providing the Senate a very soft landing ground as they come in as first timers. In that regard, I wish my friends who will go to the Senate, well. An example is Dr. Khalwale who has worked very hard in the Committees that I have served with him and others who have been very supportive to the success of this Parliament. With those few remarks, I support."
