    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank each and every contributor for the comments they have made and especially for acknowledging the leadership role you have played in this Committee and the roles of the other Members. I know that the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations Committee is going to propose some amendments, you will advise him accordingly when you so wish. I just want to inform hon. Members that we took into account some of those suggestions, including the ones made by hon. Martin Ogindo. We realise that, maybe, until we go to the next Parliament, these things will play out much better, especially for ranking hon. Members. We certainly have that kind of information and knowledge. We are moving progressively and there will be a time for such considerations after we go into the new dispensation that we are going to take into account. With those remarks, I beg to move."
