    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, no Kenyan is allowed to take the law into his own hands, whether to a witchdoctor or not. There are channels which you can use to get justice. The law is very clear that you are not allowed to kill fellow Kenyans and that if you are angered by anybody, the only thing you can do is to go to court. We are not going to allow those who are killing in the pretext of mob injustice. We are not going to accept that."
