The Committee considered the Cooper Motors Corporation and deliberated on various issues pertaining to matters contained in this particular Report. We came up with observations and recommendations, which are contained in the Report. Therefore, I do not want to belabour that point. The Committee Chairman explained the issues pertaining to this Report in details. The Committee Chairman did explain and went into details pertaining to this report."
