    "content": "Further more, the nine areas that have been spoken about are good. We just want to see how we can all participate within the next four years to even get 30 per cent of that. If we can get 30 per cent, we will be lauding the Government. As an Opposition Member, I must confirm that we will support you, if you are right and we will criticize you, when you are wrong. The criticism will be constructive and not negative. As such, I feel that it is important that as much as we will be questioning that, we must not go back and say that we failed here and so we must fail in the next one. Sessional Paper No.10 of 1965 was a very ambitious plan but that does not mean that we cannot go back, learn from the mistakes it has and come back here."
