    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, thirdly, the laptop project is a very good idea as our President mentioned. For me, the first time I saw a laptop was when I was employed in Nairobi. So, you can imagine there is a lot of disconnect in Kenya. So, when the President will start the laptop project, at least the whole of Kenya will be at the same level and the rural and urban areas will be at par. I really thank our President and believe that whatever he said, he will do for us."
