Assistant Minister to always tell us that there are investigations being carried out when in this day and age any crime can be investigated and resolved and the culprits caught using forensic medicine, forensic investigations? A small piece of hair can tell a lot. This Government has not invested in any way in forensic investigations, including DNA."
