    "content": "On tourism, as we speak about this sector with an aim of developing it and increasing tourism revenue in this country, we must look at diversification of our tourism and not look at the beaten path. We must look at the western circuit. As we speak today, Lake Victoria which is the largest lake in this country is choking under the water hyacinth as the Government watches. We must address the issue of the water hyacinth even as we look at issues of tourism in this country and as we open up the western circuit."
