For the last ten years, leaders in the North Rift have been sending delegations to State House and pleading with the Executive of this country to find a way of constructing Kitale-South Sudan Road, but up to now, nothing has happened. There is now a mode of transport where because of the discovery of oil in Turkana, instead of constructing roads, they will now design airstrips; that is a conspiracy which happened somewhere in eastern DRC where the elite made sure that they got minerals from eastern DRC to take abroad.
