    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, in terms of education, what I would rather we focus on very much is how we can enhance the welfare of our teachers. They live in pathetic conditions. They continue to fight and shout in the streets begging for an increment in their salaries and general welfare. I think the priority lies in ensuring that we build proper infrastructure for our education while, at the same time, enhancing the welfare of our teachers. I expected the President to talk about how he plans to improve on technological advancements in this country, and how we are going to invest in technology-based infrastructure, so that we can make Kenya a hub for the rest of Africa."
