    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the normal procedure is that once there is a matter of litigation where a Kenyan citizen is involved, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs makes sure that all the requisite arrangements are made so that we can provide all the necessary legal help the family needs to make sure that the matter is taken to its logical conclusion. As of now, we are waiting for the Canadian Government to give us the necessary signals and we will act accordingly."
