There has been rhetoric from the executives who have ruled this country for the last 50 years. Northern Kenya has been left behind. We want to request this Government: Let the able leader ensure that we should not be left behind when this country is developing. We know that the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) has done something that we are proud of."
