    "content": "I think one important thing that I must applaud the President for was his insistence that we change the tone of our politics in this country, and especially in this House. I think it is time that we embraced a bipartisan approach to many of the issues that come before this House. That is because we are all here for the sake and good of Kenyans; for the welfare of all and for the just Government of men. I would urge hon. Members of this House that in future, even as we go along, let our interest converge not only in the pursuit of our personal interests but rather also in the defence of the frontiers of justice, human rights and the rights of all Kenyans. We should always put their interests before ours."
