    "content": " Hon. Speaker, Sir, I also wish to support this Motion. It is important for the Members to observe that the number of Members in the House is quite substantial. The only way we can accommodate as many Members as possible is by restricting the number of times any Member can speak. It is also important for the Members to observe that even if you have very fundamental issues that you want to put forward, you may not necessarily need to put them forward yourself. That is why we are also functioning through parties. You can utilize those minutes to deliver the issues that you think are the most important and relay those that you are not able to deliver to your colleagues. It will still add up to the same, but allowing any Member to contribute for too long will also mean blocking other Members. This Motion is, therefore, rational. It is meant to facilitate debate in the context of the current level of membership in this House. I would, therefore, urge the Members to support it."
