"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, Sir, for giving me time to contribute. First, I want to congratulate you for being elected our Speaker. Personally, I did not vote for you but you are the Speaker of all of us, I am going to work with you and support you. Secondly, I want hon. Members to know that we have an increased number and the time we will use to debate in Parliament will not be the same. Given that the number of hon. Members has increased and we shall have the same time and a lot of business in this House, I support the time limit that has been proposed for us to contribute to Bills."
