I also congratulate the Deputy Speaker, the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party and all hon. Members seated in this House for their election. I rise to support the Motion because it is going to help us manage time. It is an issue that will help instill discipline in hon. Members, and help us to prepare well before we bring Motions to the House. So, considering the number of people, I want to urge my colleagues not to fear the fact that time will be limited. When it is limited, the quality of debate is high. I support the Motion."
