    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, teachers have been given instructions to make sure the schools are open. They do not have to teach. If it is okay for them, they can teach. But they have been instructed to keep the children in school, so that they do not go home because there is no food at home. We do not want children to roam around looking for food. With regard to the children who are in schools that have the school feeding programme, they are supposed to stay in school so that they are fed. The District Education Officers (DEOs) have been told to take care of all that."
