    "content": "Listening to the President, I was trying very hard to catch the most beautiful parts of his Address and give credit where it is due. I thought there was one issue which came out strongly, and which the President spoke about in terms of job creation. Job creation is a subject that we all went to campaign with and promise this nation that we will create jobs, jobs and jobs. As I listened to the President say that there will be funds for the youth and the women, I thought he was speaking directly to the heart of the woman in Ngomongo and the woman in Kariadudu. I was more excited when he said that the youth and women funds will be directed or channeled through the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF)."
