    "content": " Sir, thank you for recognizing that I am a face of Kenya. Let me join in making my contribution to the Presidential Address. I thought it was a good beginning; there are a few good things which the President said, and which I think if we implement, we will be a better country. He said that he would form a leaner Government and transform the Government because of the level of wastage in it. I want to agree that we in CORD - I am talking now as the Deputy Leader of the Minority Party - will work with Jubilee for the betterment of Kenya."
