    "content": "On the issue of the road network, I want to join my colleagues, especially those who come from the western part of Kenya, in saying that transportation is a big problem because the road network is in a pathetic state. For instance, in my constituency of Endebess, there is a road from Endebess to Suam; it is an international road, which is about 50 kilometers long, but it takes you about five hours to drive through it because it is in a pathetic state, yet this area is the granary of Kenya. When the Government sits down to prioritize its roads, the road from Kitale to Endebess and right into Uganda and South Sudan should be a priority."
