    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, we have talked of health care. Health care is paramount and in order for it to work, we must have facilities. Most of our health care facilities are not equipped and staffed. You find a dispensary and health centre only managed by one person. So, even if we say that we are going to have free medical care, it will not work unless we increase the number of workers in those health facilities."
