    "content": "down the line, there are Kenyans who have never been issued with title deeds. In Kenya, you cannot access credit if you do not have a title deed, which is used as collateral. Instead of the s onga songa that we have been used to, this is a Government of kusema na kutenda . Time has come for us to take action and ensure that title deeds are issued to the people. About 80 per cent of the people in Meru do not have title deeds. I believe that this is going to happen during this current regime because previous regimes shied away from the issue of land. That is not going to happen with the Jubilee Government."
