"content": "I would also like to talk about laptops. That is a fantastic idea and I support it. The other issue is that we have to consider the welfare of teachers. We do not have teachers in some of our rural areas and classes are not being conducted. Parents hire teachers and pay them from their pockets. We want Kenyans to know that there are some areas which do not have schools and children do not go to school. They just stay idle at home. It is very sad to see a Kenyan child being left behind. We want those children to be brought on board and being taken to school."
