    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, there are also other things like tourism. As a country, we have never been able to take the advantage of being a country in the middle of the earth. The equator passes through here but because of poor marketing we are defeated by countries like Egypt, Israel and Palestine. There is no peace in these countries but there is a lot of tourism and they get a lot of money. The President also spoke about job creation. I am glad also that in his Address he was very clear. He came up with some ideas about the youth fund, women fund, sports and arts. If we have these activities taken care of well, then I am sure, as a country, we are ready for take-off but this will require concerted efforts. However, Kenyans are very cynical. They are always looking at what will not work but not what will work. So, I think it is high time as the leaders in this august House we are able to come up with our ideas to complement other ideas, so that we can take our country forward; this is better than complaining and blaming. We should come up with visionary ideas and support what works and what does not work can be improved. The idea of the laptops is one that----"
