Is the Assistant Minister in order to ask us to pass a law to provide for all that which he said the Government would do last year when I brought to this House The Counter-Trafficking in Persons Bill, which was passed, and to which the President assented? What the Ministry is doing is basically not implementing it. The Act provides for a co-ordinating unit. All that the Assistant Minister said the Government is going to do is provided for by law. So, why are they not implementing the Act? Is he in order to mislead the House?"
