    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The issue of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is very weighty because it touches on the lives of very many Kenyans working in the Diaspora. We cannot exhaust it during Question Time. Would I be in order to ask that this matter be referred to the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Affairs, so that matters which are making this issue not be resolved can be discussed candidly, and we find a way forward?"
