    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you ask the Clerk to sort out that issue, I want to bring to the attention of this House that, as the Jubilee Coaliation with over 216 Members, the agreements we signed with individual parties making them part of our coalition, and which have been deposited with the Registrar of Political Parties, we have availed copies of those documents to the Speaker. I think my good friend, and old colleague, Hon. Ng’ongo, did not cite any provision in the Constitution or Standing Orders that the Jubilee Coalition is breaching."
