    "content": "To aid that process and transparency, as hon. Anyango, has mentioned, we should really come up with lists that indicate to us the regional representation of these people. As a young and new Member of this House, I would like to raise concern against the tyranny of longevity; Members who are known to have been here for several terms, and whose wisdom and experience we appreciate, should not be the only ones in everything. New Members are equally entitled and should be allowed to speak, participate and be involved in all Committees. So, let us find a way of doing that in these Committees as we move on. Is there a preference for leaders who have been here longer than others, and who are not giving chances to new leaders to also participate equally?"
