    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I also think that we have not fought corruption adequately. Many times, in major corruption, people who are involved go to court and succeed. They then proceed to enjoy the fruits of corruption; to live lavishly and become heroes to our children. I think we must be more strict. We must, as a country, start thinking of capital punishment - I mean death sentence - for some forms of corruption. I think we must put this into the law; this house makes laws. In some cases, people who are involved in certain types of corruption - like the economic type - should actually be executed. I do not know whether silence means fear, but I think we must go in that direction. Secondly, I would like to touch on the issue of health. I am most happy about His Excellency’s Address on the provision of free healthcare to people who deserve it, like maternity cases, the old, children and so on. That is how it should be, but there have been very many short-term measures to address the issues. Sometimes they are--- You can see what is happening in the newspapers. What this country really needs is a comprehensive healthcare system. We need a comprehensive health Bill that will ensure that no person"
