"content": "Thirdly, I would like to talk about the Disaster Management Authority which should also be established immediately because we have disasters every day. There are natural calamities in Kerio Valley. We have people who are staying in camps in Elgeyo/Marakwet County because they were asked to stay there as a result of floods and landslides. This is the case and yet, we have people who are about to suffer a second disaster now. They are in camps and floods are about to carry them away."
