    "content": "On education, I thank the President for thinking about the laptops. Let Kenyans forever know that they can afford anything as long as they put their minds in it. I believe that if this Parliament supports the President, as he said that we support the legislative agenda that he will bring to this House, I am sure that we will be okay. I believe that the child, especially in the rural area has been looking for this opportunity and I thank the President for that. That child can start on an equal footing with the urban child. I believe that this is possible because we have enough sunshine and we have enough labour to make those computers because the President said that they will be assembled locally."
