    "content": "The first one is education management. The president said that he would like his Government to ensure that no pupil or Kenyan leaves school before the age of 18. Coupled with that, I would like to request this House to ensure that under our Budget and Appropriations Committee, staffing levels in all schools improve and that our teachers are motivated to teach in our schools."
