    "content": "I would like this House to go into round two of school infrastructure programme to improve school infrastructure throughout the country. I would also like to request this House to ensure that the teachers and the District Education officers do not levy ad hoc fees. When I was at home during the sports day, I heard students were sent away from school because they had not paid sports levies. If sports are part of the curriculum, they should be covered under free primary education. If they are not, this has to end."
