    "content": "The other thing that is happening is devolution. We are looking forward for everything to be devolved so that development can take place. But we want political goodwill from the Government. Deliberate efforts and marshal plans should be made so that the people of northern Kenya can develop and be at par with their friends and relatives in other parts of the country. That way, this country will develop together. We will not be left behind."
