    "content": " Hon. Speaker, Sir, my names are Abdikadir Aden, Member of Parliament for Balambala Constituency. I rise to support this Motion on the basis that if an hon. Member is not able to have his party to sponsor a Motion, then he has a right to do so on a Private Membersâ Motion. An issue debated for three hours by this House, in my view, is an issue that is adequately addressed. In the interest of time and knowing that just like in the previous Procedural Motion, we are under extreme time constraints given the number of hon. Members in this House, I stand to support this Motion by saying that three hours will be adequate enough for a Motion to be exhaustively addressed."
