    "content": " Hon. Speaker, Sir, before I support the Motion, allow me to equally congratulate you for having been elected Speaker. I also thank the people of Kaloleni for giving me an opportunity to sit and contribute in this august House. I wish to support the Motion. I believe a Motion for Adjournment is not a substantive issue that would require a Member to contribute for more than five minutes. Five minutes is basically enough for one to consolidate his views and say anything he wishes to say. So, I support the Motion."
