Speaker, Sir, I appreciate that many of us who are in this House for the first time have something to learn, particularly from the old Members of this House but I would like to confess that, personally, I would like to learn the right things and not the wrong ones. I do not want to learn that I stand to oppose a Motion for the sake of opposing it. Looking at the composition of the Members of the House Business Committee, one will appreciate that these are hon. Members with tremendous experience. When we approved their appointments, in my view, we approved them to guide us and not mislead us."
