    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I want to laud the President for committing to reviewing the Public Procurement and Disposal Act. The gist of the President’s Speech is that this will open up more opportunities for the young people of this country and make our nation friendly to businesses and investors. That is a welcome move. The President covered the following areas as a priority of His Government in the next 12 months and in the long-run, the next five years. He covered them as priority areas in transforming our country socially, economically and politically. These include the following:- The participation, for the first time, of the Diaspora in building our nation. We know that the Diaspora community remits billions of dollars to our nation. For the first time, the President has affirmed that, that network between our country and the Diaspora will be enhanced in order to make their participation relevant in nation building."
