    "content": "The third issue is about health. The President said that maternity services are going to be free. This is a commendable thing. The cost of health is not about maternity only. Kenyans are paying huge hospital bills. So, we need to look at the broader perspective of health, not only maternity facilities. Kenyans have a lot of problems. There are many sick Kenyans who cannot afford to pay their hospital bills. We need to look at the health sector in a broader way. The other issue that I would like to talk about, which is commendable, is the issue of roads. The President said that roads are going to be tarmacked. I come from a constituency which has only ten kilometres of tarmac. This is not in northern Kenya, it is in another part of Kenya which people think is developed. The only tarmac road in my constituency is the road that is going to Tanzania. If we were not near Tanzania, it means that we would not have had a tarmac road in the area. So, I am requesting the Government to spread the tarmac roads that are concentrated in a few areas of this country, to all the other areas."
