    "content": "to rule. We demand for the full realization of devolution. For those of us who come from counties which have lagged behind, this is our future and hope. We will fight for it to ensure that we realize it in totality. On the issue of laptops, I think it is a big joke! Otherwise, I think the Jubilee Government is mistaking laptops for digital toys. We have schools in our constituencies which do not have classrooms and water. Children walk for almost five kilometers a day because there are no dormitories. For lack of permanent water supply, our kids only go to school for only half a term. That is because we have to get water 60 kilometres or 80 kilometres away. We will not allow, as the Opposition, the resources of the taxpayers to be wasted."
