    "content": "The other question that comes to my mind is: Is this the way we want to recruit the Registrar? This is because this is someone to be involved in a political process; if you just leave it that this person will be appointed and nominated through the Office of the President, the other question is: How will you involve other political parties? Do you not think it is important to involve political parties in this process? This is a political process and a position; it is an office that is going to regulate, manage and administer affairs of political parties and the funding of political parties. I feel that it is important not to exclude other political parties, which will also have political leadership, from the process."
