If you come to Section 7(2)(e)(iii), which talks about the locations and addresses of the branch offices of a political party, they will be in more than half of the counties. It says: “… and it has established branch offices in more than half of the counties”. To me, it serves the same purpose as the previous paragraph; so we, probably, do not have to repeat it."
