The business of making these Committees is not an easy task for the leadership of this House. Remember many people who are in the leadership are as new as the majority of these Members. I looked at these figures and they are correct. I think it will be wrong for Mr. Ng’ongo not to read the Standing Orders correctly, and purport to be guiding the House or seeking your indulgence. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I urge you to rule him out of order on the point that the leadership of the House cannot be counted on by members of the House, especially if their slots have been given by the Standing Orders. So, you deal with other Members."
