"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this chance to also support The Political Parties Bill. I would like to tell the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs that we passed The Political Parties Act that we were trying to amend earlier on in the life of this Parliament. Therefore, we have had a chance to live with it, see the faults in it and see how we can correct it. Unfortunately, the Bill that the Minister has brought to this House is not an improvement of the existing Act. If anything, it muddies the water even more."
