(a) Why has the entire Taita-Taveta County been excluded from the current Government mitigation programme on drought and famine and yet the county is in the ASAL region? (b) What measures will the Government take to ensure that the School Feeding and School Fee Waiver Programmes are rolled out to all schools in the county and water is delivered to the residents of the various areas affected by drought?"
